Our resort in Puerto Morelos, Grand Residences, was brand new and hadn’t hosted a wedding, so we had no referrals for local wedding planners. The idea of hiring a wedding planner online was a scary proposition. After doing some research and talking to several planners, I found Joss’ website. From the start, she set herself apart from the rest. She returned our call right away, was friendly, listened to our ideas and put our minds at ease. Joss was also straight forward about her fee and there were no hidden surprises or last minute additional charges after the wedding. And even though I speak Spanish, with Joss being fully bilingual made it very easy for my wife to communicate back and forth and be involved in the planning process.

Joss was very organized, scheduled all the meetings and interviews with potential vendors. Joss helped us make the best choices without wasting any time and money. As our wedding date got closer, Joss kept us up-to-date on what was going on, and worked hand-in-hand with the resort’s management to ensure their catering and beverage department was informed throughout the entire process.
