OK let me start by saying WOW! If you are thinking of hiring a Wedding Planner. JOSS and her Team are your people!. YES, the answer is YES, YES its worth it. Let me start by saying I received nothing but professionalism from her since our first DM. I found her on Instagram. My wedding was planned less than a year. I sent Joss my clear vision and she was quick to deliver and what was important to me was options. Her advice, opinion and her creativity was everything because I’m not creative at all. She also knows everyone! if you are looking for a specific vendor, she knows them, and the best ones too!, Joss only works/networks with quality people. We had several zoom calls and as the months went on we spoke more and more. The day of my wedding she took CHARGE like no other which is what I wanted. Took charge with the vendors, guests, DJ, our schedule, everything. My ceremony was scheduled to be outside on the beach and our reception in the ballroom. while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready it started pouring outside every 15 min or so. She recommended for us to not chance it and to move the ceremony Indoors. Due to the change in weather everything had to be moved and rearranged. We were running about 20 min behind on schedule but if it wasn’t for Joss and her team we would have been running an hour or more behind schedule. She Knows how to delegate let me just say!. She made sure my reception ran smoothly and also helped me with my dress and hair when I needed it. She truly is the fairy god mother of your big day.
