Where do I begin with our experience with Joss… From the very first time we spoke on the phone, Joss was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Even over the phone and email, she had a sense for what we wanted, and gave amazing suggestions.

Since this was a destination wedding, she helped us plan activities all week. Joss had a person from her team at the hotel every day at a welcome table, greeting our guests as they arrived & giving them their out of town bag. He helped make sure transportation was set up for rides to/from the airport, guests knew where and when to be for official wedding activities, & dealt with any issues with the hotel on our behalf. Of course Joss was there most days too to meet with us about decisions, coordinate the welcome cocktail party & rehearsal dinner, & on other days, she was running around dealing with last minute details.

On the day of the wedding, Joss also brought 2 additional assistants, since the decorators got there at 6 am to begin setting up a custom built structure. One assistant stayed with me as me and my gals got hair & makeup to make sure we had what we needed and could get a status on everything, & the other worked with Joss to make sure all details at the venue were perfect and all vendors arrived on time.

The ceremony was beautiful and our wedding reception was amazing! The decorations were stunning, the food delicious, and the entertainment, outstanding. The salty and sweet table had everything I wanted the cake was gorgeous, the light up dance floor and DJ were a hit, the photobooth was a blast, the cigar lounge was on point, and I could go on and on…The party went until 1:30 am & no one wanted to leave, & many guests said it was ‘epic’ & the best wedding they had ever been to.

We can’t thank Joss enough for all the hard work and attention to detail she put into our special day, I highly recommend her to any bride and groom that want extra special touches and a professional experience.
